I live in Jacksonville and Gator Septic Tanks is very near to my house - https://gatorseptictanks.com First time when I called them - I had Gator septic tanks come out a couple of weeks ago and they wanted to charge me over $7,000 to fix the Plumbing on my sewer line!!! That's right $7,000 I about drop dead. I had some other Sewer Service come out they fix my problem and scoped my entire line for $350. I cannot believe Gator septic tanks would take advantage of somebody the way that they did. This is a poorly ran company and the owner of the company even came to my house and did the estimate himself don't ever trust Gator septic tanks If I had a chance I will give them a negative star because of their poor sense of business After all, this owner came to my house and apologized for what happened and I said to him. He was very polite so I had no hard feelings. The second time I gave them another chance - I sent them an email asking for a price to pump out two septic tanks. Get an email back with prices on INSTALLING two septic tanks. I responded that I was only looking for a price to pump two tanks I got a nasty email response. Don't believe all the ratings for them on Angie's List. Do an internet search and you will find several negative reviews about customers being overcharged. They are EXTREMELY overpriced and do not provide you with good service at all!! I have never been so upset with a company. I truly believe they scam people and overcharge and did not even fix a problem.
